Disciplinary Committee of Russian Football Union punished Giorgi Chanturia, Georgian football player of “Alania” Vladikavkaz, with 8-match disqualification.

In the previous round of Russian Premier League, Chanturia was provoked and four football players (2-2 from each team) were sent off.

Chanturia was punished strictly. The 20-year-old football player has 8-match disqualification. Aleksandr Kokorin, player of “Dynamo”, received 7-match disqualification. Neco of “Alania” and Dzsudzsak of “Dynamo” have 4-4-match disqualification.

According to Valery Gazzaev, president and head coach of “Alania”, the team will appeal disqualification of Neco but not the one of Chanturia.

Chanturia plays for “Alania” on loan. Giorgi held 6 matches in “Alania”. He played in lineup four times.
