So, a draw I consider as a fair result. Georgia is a very nice and well organized team. It is necessary to distinguish some individualists in their line of attack. I liked also other players. The result of this match to us can cost much" - told Smeretsky.
As for the trainer of the national team of Georgia Gia Tsetsadze, he couldn't hide the discontent with result of this match. After the match at the press conference he told the following:
"Game left good and could come to the end both in our advantage, and in favor of French. I am very dissatisfied with game of my team in the first time, especially - the forward line. We didn't have enough concentration, players were insufficiently mobile. Let's try to work more to a match with Serbia and to correct similar errors to finish that game by a victory.
The second time was quite good. However, if I tell that is happy for all 100 percent, I will deceive myself. I wanted the bigger and bigger waited... But all of us know well that with one game everything doesn't come to an end, and passing is possible further. Tournament proceeds and we will try, to squeeze out a maximum in the remained games of a group stage.
I am not satisfied with this result, and I don't know what the French think... Don't consider it for arrogance - a pier, that after a drew against French I am still dissatisfied - but I am actually adjusted so... I wasn't satisfied by quality of game. But it is necessary to consider that children play for the first time at the European championship. Qualification matches, Elite-round is another. And it is the European championship.
