According to the Danish internet portal bold.dk, last summer “Aarhus” paid 5 million DKK (more than 900000 USD) for Mate Vatsadze.

Jan Christensen, director of “Aarhus”, confirmed this information: “He costs 5 million DKK. We decided to put investment in the qualified football player”.

The Georgian forward has not played for 6 months because of ankle injury. He resumed playing a short time ago.

According to him, he is far away from perfect shape: “I am happy to return but I am in bad shape. I need more time for rehabilitation”.

The 24-year-old Vatsadze held 15 matches and scored 3 goals in “Aarhus”.
